The time period for the Plan will be January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2029. The department is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals with proven experience in developing Consolidated Plans and Fair Housing Plans or similar planning documents, in compliance with all associated federal laws and regulatory requirements.
