**As of May 29, 2024, all bids have been rejected by owner due to bids being over budget. the Village of Scotia intends to renovate their Municipal facility at 4 N. Ten Broeck Street, Scotia, NY 12302 and is seeking separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.Bid security in the form of a 5% bid bond issued by an acceptable surety or bank or certified check payable to the Village of Scotia is required The successful bidder will be required to provide both a performance bond and a labor/material payment bond issued by acceptable sureties and to enter into a written contract with the Village of Scotia. A copy of the form of contract is included with the bid documents. Bids must be in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and other bid documents for the project and must remain valid for sixty (60) days.
