As og June 6, 2024 thid project was awarded to Hall Pavinf with the awarded amount of $901,793.77 The project includes but is not limited to furnishing equipment, material, placement of material and incidental work required for runway and taxiway pavement overlay rehabilitation. Additionally, all pavements will receive new pavement markings. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the day of the Bid opening, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. The number of calendar days (20) within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be substantially completed and also completed and ready for final payment (the Contract Time) are set forth in the Contract. Provisions for liquated damages are ($1,500) per calendar day for each day beyond the allotted contract time or individual phase. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids
