**Per Addendum 1 the pre bid meeting has been changed to 05/14/24** Separate sealed bids will be received for the construction of Contract 1 - Water Transmission Main & Pump Station and Contract 2 - 1.25 MG Industrial Park Tank by the Owner, City of Bardstown, KY. Bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk and will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Mayors Conference Room in City Hall. consists of a 1.25-million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank, site work, access road, fencing, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete and operating water storage tank system. Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. The City of Bardstown reserves the right to reject all bids and waive informalities.
