The City of Bardstown will be accepting bid proposals for a complete AMI system for its water department. The system shall be manufactured or supplied as a complete system by one AMI manufacturer that includes appurtenances, goods, and special services. The proposal shall include a quantity of 2,500 multi-jet water meters 5/8" x 3/4" with integrated radio (cellular radio/licensed 450-470 Mhz frequency), necessary AMI infrastructure with installation, propagation study, mobile laptop reading system, site visit, billing interface, MDM software license, FCC license, 1 year hosting and maintenance, as well as on-site training. The Contract Award will be made in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any informality.
