**Per Addendum 1 the pre bid meeting has been changed to 05/14/24** Contract 1 Consists of Approximately 9,200 Linear Feet of 16" Ductile Iron Cl-250 Transmission Main, Approximately 1,500 Linear Feet of 8" and 6" Pvc and Ductile Iron Distribution Main, a Pump Station Building With Permanent Generator, Paved Access Road, Isolation Valves, Hydrants, and All Necessary Appurtenances for a Complete and Operating Pumping Station and Water Transmission Facilities The Contract Documents May Be Examined at the Following Locations: City of Bardstown City Hall, 220 N. Fifth Street, Bardstown, Ky 40004 Kenvirons, Llc., 770 Wilkinson Blvd., Frankfort, Ky 40601 Any Bid That is Obviously Unbalanced May Be Rejected. The City of Bardstown Reserves The Right to Reject All Bids and Waive Informalities. Question Deadline 05/15/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
