**As of July 29, 2024, project was awarded to Hayes Pipe Supply Inc. awarded amount is $104,306.03.** The Bidder, in compliance with your invitation for bids for the Downtown Infrastructure Improvements Phase 4 Materials, having examined the City's specifications with related documents and the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with the availability of materials, hereby proposes to furnish all, materials, and supplies in accordance with the material specifications, and provide the time at which materials can be delivered, and at the prices stated below. These prices are to cover all expenses incurred such as delivery, etc. The City of Bardstown will be accepting bids for materials that include approximately 1430 linear feet of 6" PVC water pipe, 485 linear feet of 8" PVC water pipe, 865 linear feet of 8" ductile iron water pipe and associated fittings and appurtenances. The Contract Award will be made in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any informality.
