Val Verde County is requesting competitive sealed bids from contractors for construction of a 40' x 60' ADA compliant restrooms located at Long Memorial Park, 1176 Lenawee Ave, Del Rio TX, 78840. If applicable, awarded contractor will be required to furnish bonds within thirty (30) days from the contract date and before any commencement of work. All questions for this project must be requested by email to Carlos Velarde, P.E. cvelarde@valverdecounty.texas.gov. All questions are due by April 9, 2024 at 4:30 P.M. and all responses will be posted on April 12, 2024 at 4:30 P.M. Val Verde County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Val Verde County for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
