The project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and personnel necessary to complete the project as outlined above and as directed in the contract documents and technical specifications.Amherst County Service Authority (ACSA) will be accepting sealed proposals for the ten (10) year maintenance program and related activities for a 250,000 gallon water storage tank Each Bidder will be required to submit with his bid a bid bond or certified cashiers check equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal. The Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bidders are required under Title 54, Chapter 7 of the Code of Virginia to show evidence of Certificate of Registration before any bids may be received and considered on any bid or sale-contract of $20,000.00 or more Questions about the project should be addressed to Mike Wilson, mwilson@handp.com.
