Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Campbell County (CC) project shall include the paving of the basketball lot at Leesville Road Elementary School located at 25 Lewis Way, Lynchburg, VA 24502 Project start and completion date of the paving project is to completed during Summer break between June 3, 2024 and August 3, 2024. Questions received less than (5) days prior to the date for opening ofbids will not be answered OUTDOOR BASKETBALL COURT ASPHALT PAVING AND IMPROVEMENTS: LEESVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Remove existing 4 basketball goals and leave onsite at location determined by owner Crack fill all cracks or greater Surface-treat entire court with 0.3 gallons CRS-2/SY and cover with 25 Ibs./SY #8 Overlay entire court with 2 SM-9.5A Surface mix asphalt Provide smooth transition to existing sidewalk (not abrupt) Add 3 topsoil shoulder around perimeter of court and seed/straw with EC-2 mesh Striping is not required nor needed for this project
