It involves concrete repairs, blasting, bonding epoxy overlay, reinforcing steel, traffic control, protective coating of steel members and erosion and sediment control. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Christy Moyers, Christy.moyers@lynchburgva.com, and received by 2:00 PM, April 24th, 2024. All addenda should be signed and accompany any bid submitted. The work shall include providing all materials, equipment, labor, and services required to regulate and coordinate traffic, to protect and maintain property, to notify the public and nearby homeowners and businesses of work conditions, and to coordinate the work with the Engineer, the Owner, Local Businesses and Homeowners, and any affected Utility Companies.
