Refrigeration Package Type: New Plate & Frame Ammonia Package Equipment: (1) New Custom Ammonia Rink Package (2) GEA 100HP V600 compressors (1) BAC VC1-185 evaporative condenser (1) U-Turn style cold floor heat exchanger with drain pan Oil recovery/return system Custom "nonproprietary" controls system with graphics and remote monitoring capabilities. Scope of work: Licensed ammonia refrigeration technicians and certified welders will perform the following: o Shut down the existing package following proper LOTO procedures o Utilize Tanner Industries to reclaim and dispose ofthe ammonia charge per EPA standards and regulations. o Perform nitrogen purge to ensure all ammonia is removed from the system o Drain and dispose of compressor oil o While the room is empty, we will: Replace Transmission mains and headers with new carbon steel headers Connect to existing rink tubing with new hose clamps. Install new transmission and rink header supports Install new cold floor pump with standby pump piped into the system. o Rig new ice rink package into place o Rig new evaporator condenser into place o Install new ventilation system that will meet current codes and standards o Make ammonia, water & cold floor piping connections Inclusions: The following must be included in the quote: o (1) New Refrigeration rink package (see equipment) o (1) NEW BAC Evap Condenser (see equipment) o Straight time and some overtime labor and travel expenses required to perform the work as described in the above scope. o All pipe & fittings required o Services ofTanner Industries for ammonia removal o New ammonia charge o 3500 gallons of new 40% ethylene glycol o Power & Control wiring by a licensed electrician o Pipe painting, Insulation, and labels to meet IIAR standards o New Hangers and supports o Grouting o Standard ground shipping o New control system including hardware with remote monitoring capabilities o New Condenser fan VFD o New water and glycol pump VFD's o Door labels & placards to meet current codes & standards o Welding supplies & consumables o Full set ofP&ID's and valve tags o All tools and safety equipment required. o Detailed reports for our records. o Make electrical connections, Power & control including VFD's for pumps and Condenser fan motor. o Pressure test system with nitrogen & leak check. o Evacuate and charge with new ammonia o Fill system with new 40% ethylene glycol o Purge air from system o Start-up new package, run & test all control and operating functions and adjust as needed. o Set-up all new controls functions and train Giorgetti staff on system operation o Clean-up work site
