Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Renovation of and existing vacated wing behavioral health suite to increase the size in an existing I-2 occupancy on the raised ground floor (raised by a crawl space). See project manual for full scope. All lines of communication during the bidding stage should be through the Architect. Questions shall be submitted to the Architect via email to: jpelton@array-architects.com. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted and received by April 17, 2024, 1700 hours. All responses will be made in form of addenda to the bid documents. Base Bid is to be shown both in words and numbers, which shall agree and shall be legible. The number of calendar days allowed for construction of the base bid is 180 Calendar Days. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after opening the bids. Liquidated damages shall be 100 per calendar day.
