The City of Lawrence is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace approximately 151 residential interior door assemblies for local residential intensive care facilities. Funding provided by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal requirements will apply, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) forms are within this document. The City of Lawrence is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace approximately eighty-four (84) 36"x80" 20-Minute fire-rated interior doors and sixty-seven (67) 36"x80" solid core interior doors, including all necessary hardware (self-closing hinges, kick plates, fire-rated handles, assemblies, etc) for seven (7) local residential intensive care facilities. Contract Term: The anticipated amount of time to complete the project is approximately 4-6 weeks upon execution of the services agreement.
