Renovation of a mixed-use development in Naknek, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Room 118: Specification sections provided apply to Room 118 scope of work only. See plans, finish legend, fixture schedule, and correlating specifications for additional information and material and installation requirements. 1. Casework a. Demolish and dispose of all existing casework on south wall and shelving on east wall. Replace cabinet doors and hardware on north wall with new materials matching existing color and type. 2. Flooring a. Remove all existing flooring and replace with RF-1 flooring within the field and RF-6 accent flooring along the west side of the room. See plans and specification section 09-65-00 for flooring requirements. Contractor is to verify quantities. See product data sheets provided for acceptable products. Approved equals may be considered. b. Install new cove base RB-1 throughout perimeter. See specification section 09-65-00 for cove base requirements. 3. Paint a. Repaint north, east, and west walls with P-1 paint. Repaint south wall with P-3 paint. Temporarily remove all white boards and acoustical sound panels, and reinstall after painting. Prep walls and repair any damaged areas prior to painting. See specification section 09-91- 23 for painting requirements. 4. Lighting Fixtures a. Replace lighting fixtures with 2' x 4' surface mount LED fixtures and luminaires, type A6, per lighting fixture schedule and specification section 26-51-00. Replace flooring, paint, and other maintenance in rooms 118 & 119 of Naknek School.
