Project Name: Washoe County 2024 Manhole Rehabilitation General Scope of Work: Rehabilitation of 63 sewer manholes with chemical pressure grouting system in various locations in South Reno. Corrosion protection of 14 sewer manholes with epoxy lining system; and remove and replace 14 sewer manhole frames, collars and covers located in Spanish Springs. Work includes bypass pumping and/or diversion of sewage flows; inflow and infiltration elimination, testing, right-of-way encroachment permits; traffic control, and all other appurtenant work, per drawings, exhibits, location maps and specifications. Per NRS 338.1385 each advertisement for bids must include a provision that sets forth the requirement that a contractor must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 to bid on the contract.
