The construction project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new municipal sewage sludge dewatering facility center on an existing City of Reno water reclamation facility parcel. The new TMWRF Dewatering Building shall include sludge dewatering centrifuges, dewatered sludge cake hoppers, screw conveyors, chemical tanks, electrical appurtenances, instrumentation and controls, and other ancillary equipment and support facilities and utilities. Site improvements will include potholing, trenching, excavation, grading, retaining wall construction, utility relocation, utility installation, and other ancillary site work as necessary to complete the project. The construction cost is estimated at approximately $42,000,000 to $47,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
