Project includes the installation of a pre-manufactured restroom. The restroom has already been procured for the project. Contractor to construct concrete pad, install all utilities including water, sewer, and electrical services. Electric service will be tied into the existing City of Reno electric service. The Contractor shall furnish all work, labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control operations, transportation, supervision, appliances, appurtenances, and incidentals required for the prompt and efficient completion of the project described as the installation of a pre-manufactured restroom. The restroom has already been procured for the project. Contractor to construct concrete pad, install all utilities including water, sewer, and electrical services. Electric service will be tied into the existing City of Reno electric service. ("Project") as described in the Contract Documents and in accordance with the contract provisions, Plans, and Specifications, together with all work incidental or reasonably inferable which is necessary to produce the results intended by the Contract Documents (collectively, the "Work"). Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Work, including the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures utilized, unless the Contract Documents specifically provide otherwise. The Contractor represents and warrants that it has fully investigated the nature, locality and site of the Work and the conditions and difficulties under which it is to be performed, and that it enters into this Agreement on the basis of its own examination, investigation, and evaluation of all such matters and is in no way relying upon any opinions or representations of the Owner, or any of their respective officers, agents, servants, or employees with respect thereto. The Engineer's estimate is: $160,000 Contractor shall install a new pre-manufactured restroom. The restroom facility has been procured by TMWA and will be available for install in May 2024. Detailed plans for the restroom are contained within the construction plan set. The project highlights include but are not limited to the following items: 1. Install new 1-1/2" commercial water service with commercial service meter and backflow preventer. 2. Install new 6" sanitary sewer service. 3. Install new electrical conduit and wire. Connect new restroom electrical to existing City of Reno electrical panel. 4. Install new concrete foundation and install restroom. 5. Repair concrete per the City of Reno Conditions of Approval. 6. Repair AC pavement per the City of Reno Conditions of Approval.
