Tuesday, May 21, 2024 Questions deadline for contractors by 4:00 PM. Send questions to procurement@mrta.us. A Bid Deposit of 5% of the value of the total bid or sub-bid A Payment Bond is required under MART's RFP Procedures. A 100% Payment Bond will be required for construction projects with a proposed price of $150,000.00 or more. This type of project will always be procured under Request For Bid (RFP - sealed bid). A 100% performance bond will be required for all construction projects with a proposed price of $150,000.00 or more. MART reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and/or all proposals, or part of any proposal, to re-advertise, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFP process as MART sees fit. MART reserves the right to award a contract based on original proposals without further negotiations, and to make awards in the best interest of MART.
