Wellhouse Generator Project: Electrical Construction The Project includes the following Work: Generally, the Wellhouse Generator Project involves the installation of a pair of standby generators at two wellhouse sites within the Borough of Littlestown, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Work to be completed as part of the Contract includes, but is not limited to; receipt, offloading, transportation or storage as necessary, and installation of two diesel powered standby generators and automatic transfer switches procured by the Borough of Littlestown at two well sites within Littlestown Borough; the procurement and installation of generator receptacles for five additional well sites within Littlestown Borough; and all associated site work and ancillary electrical work necessary to complete the installation of these systems as detailed on the Contract Drawings Bids are requested for the following Contract: Wellhouse Generator Project/Contract No. 24- 1: Electrical Construction Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
