The Indian Spring Pedestrian Connectivity Project will construct 6-foot wide reinforced concrete sidewalk for approximately 4,980 linear feet along Jefferson Avenue from N. University Parks Dr. to N.14th St. and includes curb and gutter removal and replacement, driveway improvements, and new ADA pedestrian ramps. The Project will improve pedestrian mobility along the Jefferson Avenue corridor and Indian Spring Middle School. Questions Due: July 03, 2024, 4:00 P.M. CT DBE Goal 5.0% Prime Contractor is required to self-perform 30% of the contract work. Liquidation Fee is $950.00 for each day of delay Engineering Estimate: $3M Engineering Estimate: $3M, Base Bid plus (2) Add Alternatives Duration of Services: The City of Waco is seeking to have the work that is in the subject of this RFB completed within (260) WORKING DAYS - Inclusive (Base Bid (130); Alt 1, (20); Alt 2, (30); Alt 3,(80)) The City of Waco reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the City to contract for expressed or implied services.
