The Indian Spring Pedestrian Connectivity Project will construct 6-foot wide reinforced concrete sidewalk for approximately 4,980 linear feet along Jefferson Avenue from N. University Parks Dr. to N.14th St. and includes curb and gutter removal and replacement, driveway improvements, and new ADA pedestrian ramps. The Project will improve pedestrian mobility along the Jefferson Avenue corridor and Indian Spring Middle School. Questions Due: July 03, 2024, 4:00 P.M. CT DBE Goal 5.0% Prime Contractor is required to self-perform 30% of the contract work. This issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the City to contract for expressed or implied services.
