New hot mix asphalt material should consist of 12.5 mm 58-28s surface course material with tack control in-between layers. Separate bids shall be issued for each of the following: Asphalt Overlay Roads The scope of work will include a minimum of .75" thick pavement surface shim (hot mix wedge), topped with 2.25" of surface hot mix asphalt overlay with tack coat. The proposal should include all mill/wedges required to match existing driveways and/or crossroad pavements. 1. Schuster Dr - Eastern edge ROW from Colt Circle to bottom of hill.
