The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Installations of traffic signal components for the ITS Adaptive Transportation software. This work will include vehicle detector loops, communication cabinet installations, minor fiber optic work, IP cameras, and various conduit upgrades. The Construction Allocation for this project is $2,100,000.00. The work hereunder constitutes a "public work" as defined in Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the California Labor Code, and Contractor shall cause the work to be performed as a "public work" in accordance with such Chapter of the California Labor Code. The Council of the City of Fresno has adopted Resolution No. 82-297 ascertaining the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and per diem wages for holidays and overtime in the Fresno area for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed in the execution of contracts for the City.
