The Board Of Education Of The East Williston Union Free School District, Old Westbury, New York, In Accordance With Section 103 Of General Municipal Law, Hereby Invites The Submission Of Sealed Bids From Reputable And Qualified Contractors For The Provision Of Materials Bids Must Be Presented On The Standard Proposal Form In The Manner Designated Therein And As Required By The Specifications. All Bids Must Be Enclosed In Sealed Envelopes Which Are Clearly Marked On The Outside: "East Williston Union Free School District- Cooperative Bid For Storm Drain Cleaning And Maintenance Contract." Bids Shall Remain Firm For A Period Of Forty-five (45) Days Following The Date Of The Bid Opening. Each Board Of Education Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informalities In Or To Reject Any Or All Bids, Or To Accept That Bid Which, In The Board Of Education's Judgment, Is In The Best Interest Of The School District. The Boards Of Education Further Reserve The Right To Consider Experience, Service And Reputation In The Above- Referenced Fields. In Addition, The Boards Of Education Reserve The Right To Consider The Financial Responsibility And Specific Qualifications, Set Forth In The Bid Specifications, Of The Prospective Bidder In Evaluation Of The Bids And Award Of The Contracts.
