**Mike with the Town of Newstead has requested that any questions go through the Town phone number and as for the supervisor** The Town of Newstead is seeking Requests for Proposals to replace a section of temporary snow fence on our Bike Path entryway located on Buell Street in Akron, NY 14001. Install approximately 300 feet of 3 foot high chain link fence to replace existing temporary snow fencing. Fence installation will have the bottom of the fence at 6 inches off the ground. Installation of posts to be set in wet mix concrete Fence specs: Terminal posts- 2-1/2" Line Posts- 2" Top Rail- 1-5/8" Wire- 2" x 8g x 36" Style- Black color coated system Project is subject to prevailing wage and is tax exempt.
