Renovation of a detention facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work generally consists of mod bitumen roofing, preformed metal roofing and fluid applied roofing, and resinous epoxy coating, HVAC systems, concrete, carpentry, metal fabrication, painting, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work and all incidental related work as required to complete the project. Solicitation Description Facility Wide Roofing, Waterproofing, Moisture Repairs and Related Improvements The estimated construction cost is $1 million and $2.5 million. All interested parties are invited to attend a voluntary pre-bid meeting and the State conducted site visit; bidders are directed to review the requirements in Articles 2.4, 2.5, and 5.7 of the Interim General Conditions. No other time for a site inspection will be scheduled or allowed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 Bidders shall submit ail discoveries, questions, and/or requests no later than 14 calendar days prior to the submission date for sealed bids.
