Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project generally consists of construction of a new covered play court building; construction of new accessible walkways; removal of hazardous materials; construction of new A.C. parking lot, realign the existing baseball field; including all appurtenances in accordance with the plans and specifications. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii, General Engineering Contractors License A or a General Building Contractors License B. See Special Notice to Bidders for additional licensing requirements. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 2:00 PM HT The original executed and notarized Standard Qualification Questionnaire for Offerors form "SQQO" must be received by the Administration Office, Department of Public Works, no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the bid opening so it may be evaluated and approved by the County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works prior to bid opening
