HAWAII COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL CENTER (HCCC) FACILITY WIDE ROOFING, WATERPROOFING, MOISTURE REPAIR AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS DAGS JOB NO. 11-27-5749 The work generally consists of reroofing, providing new exhaust ventilation systems, renovate shower, metal fabrication, painting, mechanical and electrical work. The estimated construction cost is $1 million and $2.5 million. All interested parties are invited to attend a voluntary pre-bid meeting and the State conducted site visit. No other time for a site inspection will be scheduled or allowed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Please e-mail DCR Form 8320 Visitor Background Check Application (Attachment "B") with visitor's full (will complete middle) name, date of birth, and social security number directly to Taren Moses (taren.k.moses@hawaii.gov) and John Mahoe (john.n.mahoe@hawaii.gov) AT LEAST SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE PRE-BID MEETING OR ENTRY MAY BE DENIED.
