Scope: Demolition of 8 existing cabins. New construction of 9 cabins comprised of new foundations including footings and backfill with perimeter foundation insulation for a slab on grade cast in place concrete floor system, wood structural framing for walls and exposed interior roof, structural insulated roof panel (SIP) system with asphalt shingle roofing system, building envelope include fiber cement painted siding and trim components. Existing site utilities to connect to new mechanical and electrical systems. Interior finishes include door and window openings, interior gypsum wall board painted, wood ceiling exposed as tongue and groove boards stained and clear sealed. Flooring tile system, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, heating system, lighting, and electrical panel, wiring and devices. FF&E and appliances are included in scope.
