As of May 13, 2024, This project has been awarded to Brubacher Excavating, with the awarded amount of $131,697,60. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 1,014 TON bituminous materials, and other work described in the contract. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued, but a surety licensed to for business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Contracts are subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions: the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions: the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002: the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended: the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition: requirement of a non collusion affidavit: the nondiscrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulation Conditions: and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. West Cocalico Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
