The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Hangar 1 Fire Protection Systems Repair located at Joint Forces Training Base, 4446 Doolittle Avenue, Los Alamitos, California. Work to include: Furnish and install all materials and labor required to accomplish Rehabilitation of the fire detection, alarm and suppression systems for Hangar#1. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is $1,857,005.10.
