The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Repair and Installation of Traffic and Street Signs - JFTB located at Joint Forces Training Base, 11206 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, California. Work to include: Contractor shall replace old and deteriorated traffic and street signs. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is SSG Rodriquez, Sandra, at Sandra.Rodriguez@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant CM MSG Soto, David at David.Soto@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license. The Government Estimate for this project is between $110,000.00 and $134,000.00. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to SSG Rodriquez, Sandra, at Sandra.Rodriguez@cmd.ca.gov and MSG Soto, David at David.Soto@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 6/5/2024.
