Work to include: Contractor to furnish all labor and material to accomplish the following work. Replace seven non functional Fire Alarm Control Panels and remote annunciators. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is MAJ Vu, An, at tuongan.vu@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant CM MSG Soto, David at david.soto@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is $464,887.07.
