Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dorchester, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Supply and install 2 new energy recovery units in new mechanical rooms, complete with mounting pad, outdoor VRV heat pump unit, refrigerant piping, ductwork, hangers, duct insulation and controls as noted on mechanical drawings. .2 Construct new mechanical room in existing first floor corridor with shaft up to second floor and convert existing first floor classroom into new mechanical room. .3 Install 12 new fan powered boxes in classrooms c/w supply ductwork, diffusers, control devices, and air filter devices where noted on mechanical drawings. .4 Construct drywall bulkheads with accoustical tile bottom to install mechanical ductwork and equipment as shown. .5 Replace existing (35) heating valves and thermostats with new DDC control valves and devices. .6 Supply and install DDC system components for a fully functioning control system as noted on drawings. Controls shall integrate with existing Delta Control system. .7 Upgrade electrical service entrance as noted on electrical drawings. .8 Provide electrical service to all new equipment as noted on electrical drawings. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
