Renovation of a library in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This project will include the removal of two existing boilers, and the installation of three new natural gas condensing boilers at the Dakota County Burnsville Library, 1101 West County Road 42, Burnsville, MN 55337. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount.
