Internal video inspection via CCTV video recording in mp4 format. The Contractor must be able to provide this service for the recording of mainline and lateral sewers including recommendations of specific corrective measures. All inspections shall be completed using the most current version of NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) for identifying observations. Deliverables will include a detailed report of the pipes surveyed per the specifications provided later in this document, as well as portable file storage device or other media acceptable to the City, which is clearly labeled and contains digital files named in accordance with the City's filing convention. Sectional lining of sewer with the use of a resin impregnated fabric liner (CIPP). Relining sewer sections from manhole to manhole with a resin impregnated fabric inversion liner (CIPP). Relining service laterals from the mainline toward the premises with a resin impregnated fabric inversion liner (CIPP) including the installation of a cleanout at the right of way. Pipe joint testing and sealing utilizing chemical grout. Rehabilitation of existing manhole structures for the purposes of inflow/infiltration control and/or structural purposes. The material and process utilized for this rehabilitation shall have prior approval by the City.
