All questions should be submitted no later than Monday April 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. to allow time for last Addendum. The estimated start date for the project is June 17, 2024 Within 15 consecutive calendar days after the notice to proceed The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
