**Amendment 4** Amendment 4- add question and answers/extend solicitation due date. No other changes. Response to questions received: During the site visit for FCI-1, we discovered that the skylight is beyond repair. Trying to fix it could cause more damage to the building, making a replacement necessary. Additionally, there are significant safety concerns related to repairing it. Will the BOP consider replacing the skylight. The skylight is not beyond repair. It is structurally sound, only needing sealing and flashing. Can you confirm it will go out to bid on the 18th with Skylight replacement instead of Skylight repair Specification on the skylight forthcoming We are not replacing the skylight we are repairing per the statement of work.
