Renovation of a fire / police facility in Chico, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project consists of removal and installation of twenty four (24) overhead doors/garage doors at three (3) of the City of Chico Fire Stations and the MSC Building. The work includes removal, purchase and installation of the overhead doors/garage doors and door operators. The locations of the work are as follows: Fire Station #1- 842 Salem St Chico, CA Fire Station #2- 182 E 5th Ave, Chico, CA Fire Station #4- 2405 Notre Dame Blvd, Chico, CA MSC Building- 901 Fir St, Chico, CA Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bid bond in favor of the CITY OF CHICO in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the calculated annual bid price the City awards the contract for this project, the Contractor shall possess a California Contractors License B. Contractor shall maintain same in a current status for the duration of the project and warranty period.
