As of June 27,2024 The project was awareded to R.E.Y Engineers, INC but no amount provided The Fair Street Improvement Project will rehabilitate the existing road surface between E. 20th Street and E. Park Avenue (approx. .7 mile) consisting of a road diet (from two lanes in each direction to one in each direction), includes various bike lane treatments, a center two way turn lane, drainage facility improvements, curbs, gutters, ADA conforming ramps and frontage improvements that consist of landscaping and irrigation. This RFP requires a full-service team with the understanding and ability to deliver a wide range of services including but not limited to project management, preparation of environmental studies, public outreach, preliminary and final engineering, right-of-way engineering, appraisal and acquisition services, preparation of construction documents, cost estimation, bidding assistance, and construction support. This project is located in the City of Chico, Butte County, California specifically, on Fair Street between E. 20th and E. Park Ave (approximately .7 miles).
