Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This contract will include demolishing and removing 6 structures located at 2619 Missouri Ave., 2413 Missouri Ave., 2408 Missouri Ave, 2115 Missouri Ave., 1607 Missouri Ave., 546 N. 13th St. within the City of East St. Louis. Before beginning the demolition of the building, the Contractor shall secure permits from the City of East St. Louis Regulatory Affairs Department and Environmental Protection Agency as required. Demolition Description: the City of East St. Louis is Accepting Sealed Bids for Demolishing and Removing 6 Condemned Structures Located at: 1. 2619 Missouri Ave 2. 2413 Missouri Ave 3. 2408 Missouri Ave 4. 2115 Missouri Ave 5. 1607 Missouri Ave 6. 546 N. 13th St. (Wet) the City of East St. Louis Encourages Certified MBES and WBES to Submit Bids for Service in Accordance With the Terms and Conditions Required.
