Renovation of a municipal facility in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of East St. Louis (the City) is issuing a Request for BIDs (RFB) from qualified and experienced general contractors for the City of East St. Louis Renovation project. The project involves replacing the windows on all three floors in the City Hall building located at 301 River Park Dr. East St. Louis, IL 62201. Scope of Work: The Scope of Work describes the minimum work to be accomplished.
