As of June 4, 2024, an engineer consultant has not been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The proposed project is in the vicinity of the intersection at Ludlow Avenue and Morrison Avenue in the neighborhood of Clifton. The project limits include 3 pipe segments identified with an extreme risk of failure (600 feet of extreme risk clay and concrete pipes, 18" to 27" in diameter) including portions located beneath homes and a major roadway, Ludlow Avenue. Portions of the pipes beneath the homes have severe deformation and are difficult to access due to private improvements. It is anticipated that the existing sewers beneath or near the homes at 3382, 3365, and 3373 Morrison Avenue and 617 Ludlow Avenue may be relocated. The design is also to accommodate storm drainage, as needed, and relocate affected private laterals.
