Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
McMillan Walk Improvements. Scope of Work This Contract includes: 1. Site Preparation - This work includes removal of existing curbs, walks, and other items that conflict with the proposed improvements. This work also includes clearing, grubbing, and grading as required by the drawings. 2. Earthwork - This work includes excavation and embankment work required to construct the improvements to the proposed grades and elevations. 3. Retaining Walls Stormwater Sewers - This work includes the construction of street inlets that will convey stormwater from inlets to the existing stormwater sewer system. 5. Walks, Curbs, and Curb Ramps - This work includes the construction of new concrete walks, curb ramps, and limited curbs. 6. Site Restoration MBE subcontracting goal for this bid is 6%. The WBE subcontracting goal for this bid is 4% Small Business Enterprises, including those registered with the City of Cincinnati Office of Contract Compliance Small Business Enterprise Program, are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City reserves the right to waive informalities not inconsistent with law or to reject any or all bids/proposals.
