Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements herein: Replace HVAC System at ICPB, Phase 1, B6589, SWFPAC. Including (4) Chillers, (4) Chilled Water (CHW) Pumps, (3) Hot Water (HW) Pumps, Air Handler #2, Return Fan #5. Facility needs to be programmed to meet Technical Memorandum 3-07 requirements Magnitude of Construction projects: Between $1M and $5M. The PPI format is provided in RFP Enclosure (3). PPIs shall be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Ms. Hope Clark at hope.a.clark6.civ@us.navy.mil with a copy to Contracting Officer Mr. Jeremy Duplissey at jeremy.r.duplissey.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions shall be clearly stated, and include the solicitation, specification, or drawing reference and provided in MS WORD format. PPIs will be accepted up to 3 days after Site Walk
