**As of May 23, 2024, the project was awarded to responsive low bidder Northeast Asphalt, Inc. for $45,887.00.** The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 315 TON - Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 200 LF - Crushed Aggregate Base Course, Shoulder 50 LF - Concrete Curb and Gutter Est. Completion Date: July 19, 2024 Work—The entire construction or the various separately identifiable parts thereof required to be provided under the Contract Documents. Work includes and is the result of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction; furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction; and may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Work includes: a. Concrete Curb & Gutter, Patching b. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, Surface Course Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid. The QuestCDN website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Bidding Documents include one separate unbound copy of the Bid Form, and, if required, the Bid Bond Form. The unbound copy of the Bid Form is to be completed and submitted with the Bid security and the other documents required to be submitted under the terms of Article 2 of the Bid Form. Owner shall furnish to Contractor four printed copies of the Contract (including one fully signed counterpart of the Agreement), and one copy in electronic portable document format (PDF). Additional printed copies will be furnished upon request at the cost of reproduction. Owner shall furnish to Contractor three (3) printed copies of conformed Contract Documents incorporating and integrating all Addenda and any amendments negotiated prior to the Effective Date of the Contract (including one fully signed counterpart of the Agreement), and one copy in electronic portable document format (PDF). Additional printed copies of the conformed Contract Documents will be furnished upon request at the cost of reproduction. Engineer will submit three (3) original copies of Application for payment to Contractor for certification of all three (3) original copies. The use of the electronic means of communication does not waive the requirement for the provision of hard copies of all formal correspondence, submittals and RFIs.
