Coleman Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvements. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 19, 2025. Description: The Work is generally described as follows: Site work, site piping, building improvements, electrical and SCADA upgrades, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, aeration equipment replacement, tank covers, pump replacement, UV system replacement, chemical feed structure and equipment. Bidder is encouraged to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Sit Question Deadline 07/25/2024 The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: o Influent fine screen replacement. o Primary clarifier inspection and rehabilitation as required. o Aeration system upgrades. o Insulated tank covers. o RAS/WAS system upgrades. o UV System replacement. o New chemical feed system. o Miscellaneous valve and system maintenance. o Yard piping and site work as required. o Wastewater Plant I&C upgrades with integration of the water distribution system controls. o Miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, equipment replacement, and process enhancements.
