The Village of Coleman is seeking bids for road construction on North River Road. This is an LRIP Project for the Village of Coleman. Scope of Work: Approximately 1000ft of fi ne grading and 70-Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement with a width of 20ft, depth of 3 inches, and 2-foot gravel shoulders. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any bids. Bidder agrees that the work will be substantially complete on or before November 1, 2023 and will be completed and ready for Final Payment on or before November 13, 2023 for approval at the Village Bard Meeting. This project is an LRIP project that needs to be up to WISDOT Specifications. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, Grading, and Crushed Aggregate Shoulders. Village of Coleman will adjust existing water valve boxes and adjust existing manhole. Bidder has examined and carefully studied the Bidding Documents 2) Bidder has visited the site, conducted a thorough visual examination of the site and adjacent areas, and become familiar with the general, local, and site conditions that may affect cost, progress, and performance of the work. 3) Bidder is familiar with Laws and Regulations that may affect cost, progress, and performance of the work. 4) Bidder is aware of the general nature of work to be performed by Owner and others at the site that relates to the Work as indicated in the Bidding Documents. 5) The Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for performance and furnishing of the work. 6) The submission of this Bid constitutes an incontrovertible representation by Bidder that without exception the Bid and all prices in the Bid are premised upon performing and furnishing the work required by the Bidding Documents
