The deposits of the three low bidders will be retained until a contract has been entered into between the successful bidder and the City and until a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price has been filed as required under these contract documents. The deposits of other bidders will be returned as soon as it is determined that they are not one of the three low bidders.
