Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Carrollton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is a new pickleball court complex that will consist of nineteen (19) pickleball courts, a future pavilion (not in contract for this bid), concrete plazas and walkways, sidewalk extensions along streets, asphalt parking lot expansion, court lighting, electrical and water services, and finishing fixtures. The project will include site demolition, grubbing/stripping of topsoil, erosion and sediment control (installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment control BMP's), grading, storm drainage, utilities (water, power, and court lighting), concrete retaining wall construction, walkways, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, court paving, fencing, railing, grassing, and installation of court nets/posts, benches, and trash receptacles. The contractor is expected to manage and stage construction to allow the remainder of Lakshore Park beyond the project limits to remain open during construction with minimal disruptions to the use of the park. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, and to waive informalities, technicalities or irregularities in the Bids or the Contract Documents. Also, this project is of sufficient complexity that the City reserves the right to reject any contractor who does not have previous experience with projects of a similar nature and complexity. Contractors must obtain contract documents and be added to bidders list for their proposal to be considered. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the bid. A letter of credit or bank guaranteed check, from a local bank, may be submitted in lieu of bond. Cash or personal checks will not be accepted The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid
